Solent NHS Trust Board
Accountable to the Secretary of State, the Board is responsible for the effective direction of affairs of the organisation, setting the strategic direction and appetite for risk. The Board establishes arrangements for effective governance and management as well as holding management to account for delivery, with particular emphasis on the safety and quality of the trust's services and achievement of the required financial performance as outlined in its Terms of Reference.
