Community and mental health services for Southampton, Portsmouth and parts of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Shine magazine

Read our latest Shine newsletter here. As we are well into winter, the focus of this issue is on growth, innovation and nurturing. It includes many wellbeing articles that may help you through these cold months, such as how to deal with “winter depression” and the power of breath. There is also a delicious recipe for you to try to kickstart your winter morning.

There are features from our partners, like Re:Minds, who share how they are supporting families who have family members living with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or other neurodiverse needs, and /or mental health needs. You can also read about how our Special Care Dental Service, who have been working in partnership with the charity KIDS to help people with special needs, including those who have a learning difficulty, access dental care.
