Solent is unique, in that as a community and mental health trust, we run hospitals, including the Western Community Hospital in Southampton, but are also out in the community and in people’s homes. We really do offer huge range of roles, and we are proud to top in national surveys for listening to and supporting our people. I would encourage everyone to come along and see what Solent is about, how we make a difference to people’s lives and see what Team Solent has to offer you.”
