The Vocational Rehabilitation Service can help people with neurological conditions identify the barriers that prevent them from returning to work. We provide treatment programmes with specific goals to help reduce or overcome those identified barriers.

Full service description

The Vocational Rehabilitation Service can help people with neurological conitions identify the barriers that prevent them form returning to work.

Provide treatment programmes with specific goals to help reduce or overcome those identified barriers eg simulated work tasks, computer activities, home based activities, fatigue management, environmental modifications.

Support people in searching for different types of work and can provide advice to individuals who do not need rehabilitation as such, but who are unsure as to where to start a return to work process.

Other information & documentation

Clients need to have self identified work related rehabilitation goals, with effects of neurological condition limiting this ie we are not able to accept referrals for individuals who are work ready or actively looking for work but are not being appointed.
