To deliver the best possible care in the most efficient way, we at the Integrated Community Children's Nursing (iCCN) are updating our core service hours and delivery models over the next few weeks.

This information page is being developed to detail these changes and to let you know how we could best support your with integrated community nursing.

If you are an existing service user, we will also be sending out emails/posts/SMS to let you know of relevant changes.
