"Transferring some of our usual practices to digital forms, such as e-consults has really transformed the way we provide care for our patients. It has allowed us to communicate with them over the phone in real time, quickly and efficiently with patients being able to receive prescriptions, book appointments and arrange video consultations without having to leave their home.
Now, looking to the future, we think digital forms of care will become a major part of our service allowing us to see and treat more people than we usually would. We also think it will be a benefit to those with busy lives as they will not need to take time out of their day to have to come in to see the doctor or nurse."
