Sidekick

Sidekick is a confidential helpline for young carers aged 13 to 18 years old. They aim to reply within 24 hours during their opening hours. If they're offline when you message, they will get back to you when they open. Text is free if it is part of your mobile plan.

The Mix

The crisis messenger text service is free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK for anyone aged 25 or under. They also provide a young carers support group that meets online every Monday from 8-9:30pm  https://www.themix.org.uk/get-support/group-chat
