Ascension Running  They set up a social community #RunAndTalk run on Mondays at 7.00pm. Not for chasing PB’s, but to support running for good mental health in our local area. These runs are suitable for anyone aged 16+, who can comfortably run 5km. And it’s completely free to join us. It is done as part of the Ascension Faith group

Our community is made up of new couch to 5k graduates, 10k, half-marathon, marathon, and even ultra marathon runners! In the group we have trained mental health first aiders and mental health champions.

Karma Nivana  Domestic and Sexual Abuse  Karma Nirvana is an award-winning National charity supporting victims of honour-based abuse and forced marriage. Honour crimes are not determined by age, faith, gender or sexuality, we support and work with all victims.
They run a national helpline offering direct support and guidance to victims and professionals. Karma Nirvana provides training to the Police, NHS and Social Services. They act as expert witnesses in court, speak out in schools and attend awareness raising events nationally and internationally.

The You Trust Domestic and Sexual Abuse  The YOU Trust is a charity working in Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, and the Isle of Wight. For over 30 years we have been providing flexible care, support and advice services centred on the people we support. Last year (2018/19) we provided support to over 24,000 people in such specialist areas as Homelessness, Learning Disabilities, Domestic Violence and Abuse, Mental Health, Young People and Advice Services.
