Your local NHS specialist CAMHS is a multidisciplinary service providing a range of effective, evidence based assessments, treatments and support for children and young people (0-18) from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds where there are concerns about their mental health. Types of disorders include: • Depression • Psychosis • Eating Disorders • Self-harm • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder • Neuro-developmental Disorders There is a strong focus on partnership working with the children and young people, their families, primary care, education services, social care, adult services and the voluntary sector.
