How to find help

Talking Change is confidential and non-judgemental service. The service offers support and advice to people dealing with anxiety and depression living in Portsmouth.

Talking Change is open to anyone 18 or over, registered with a Portsmouth GP, who isn't already accessing Adult Mental Health services. We have different locations and opening hours across the city and all our venues are wheelchair accessible.

We can offer a range of evidence based therapies depending on your needs, including:

There are a number of ways of being referred to Talking Change. If you feel you could be suffering from anxiety or depression, you may wish to speak to your GP or a health professional for some more information, and to discuss your choices for treatment.
