Specialised Support

We have developed succesful partnerships to enable specialised support for:-

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

People who suffer with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can now benifit from an ehanced treatment program. The program consists of a six-week psychoeducation course teaching your about how PTSD develops, how it is maintained, and how it is treated. You will also be taught skills to cope with your symptoms. After the course, the program offers you either Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET). Long-term Physical Health Conditions

Due to the outstanding success of our service compared to other mental health services in the UK, we were invited into an expansion program for long-term health conditions. The program has provided us with significant funding for treatment training. We now have a specialised team of clinicians who treat people with variety of long-term physical health conditions including stroke, diabeties, chronic pain and chronic fatigue syndrome, and heart or lung conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
