Veronica Gordon

Veronica Gordon, a Southampton-born Broadcast Journalist and Founder of Our Version Media CIC, says:

“One of the best ways to connect with local communities is to use local community radio stations. It’s a great way to get your messages heard”

We listened, and this year, we have been regularly featuring and supporting Unity 101 community radio station. So far, we have had radio interviews with employees from our Diabetes and Community Engagement and Experience teams. We also have future slots booked with our CAMHS and Sexual Health teams and our Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Telling people about the services that are available to them in the community is important.
