Talking Therapies Portsmouth

Talking Therapies Portsmouth is the primary care mental health service in Portsmouth, provided by Solent NHS Trust. We are a team of therapists and researchers who specialise in the understanding and treatment of common emotional difficulties.

If you’ve been struggling with low mood or anxiety, or with a physical condition such as chronic pain or fatigue, our talking therapies can help you cope and feel better. We can also help you find employment or training, and support you with workplace adjustments or disputes. We offer a free and confidential service, and we can see you locally in health clinics across Portsmouth.

You can access Talking Therapies Portsmouth if you’re aged sixteen or over, you live in Portsmouth, and you’re registered with a doctor in the city. You can self-refer by calling us on 0300 123 3934 or by visiting talkingchange.nhs.uk
