The Long Covid Fatigue Service (LCFS)

We are excited to announce that the newly commissioned Long Covid Fatigue Service is up and running!

We are now assessing patients with persistent fatigue who have been referred to us from the Long Covid Service.

Currently our team consists of an Occupational Therapist and a Psychological Therapist.

We have a robust multi-disciplinary approach, drawing on the expertise in Energy Management of the well- established ME/CFS service and linking in with the Long Term Conditions Team at Talking Change to help our patients access additional psychological support if and when necessary. We also have close ties to the Portsmouth Persistent Pain Team and the Long Covid Service.

We look forward to updating you on our work going forward as we continue to learn more about the needs of this new patient group.
