Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)

ME/CFS is a complex, chronic medical condition affecting multiple body systems. It is a fluctuating condition and It affects everyone differently. Its impact varies widely. There isn't a specific test for ME/CFS so it's diagnosed based on your symptoms and by ruling out other conditions that could be causing your symptoms.

We provide assessment and treatment for ME/CFS for patients aged 16 and over, who are registered with a Portsmouth City GP. Our team is made up of an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist and a psychologist, who are specialists in working with ME/CFS.
