There is an on-going problem with the telephones at Nicholstown Surgery. Callers are sometimes cut off if they are waiting for more than 6 minutes. We do experience an extremely high volume of calls and are currently working to find a solution to the problem.
Patients are encouraged to register for on-line access – please come to reception with some identification (e.g. 1 photo ID + recent bank statement) and we can grant you access. This will enable you to order repeat prescriptions, book appointments and view test results.
We would also encourage any patients who are particularly concerned and who would like to help our doctors and nurses to join our Patient Participation Group. The next meeting is 6pm, Tuesday 17th January 2017.
